These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zambak application and website (the "Service") operated by Zambak ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password, or sign in through Google.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service

3. Your Content

You own your content. Pages, text, images, and any other material you create or upload through the Service ("Your Content") remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over Your Content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that:

• It does not violate any applicable law

By you: You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Upon deletion, all Your Content will be permanently removed.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination.
